Our Process
Our training programs start with scheduling an evaluation to go over assessments, health history, and other pertinent information to help individualize your plan.
1. Evaluation
We offer two types of training:
One on One is where you will work with a trainer and yourself with an individualized program. We recommend this for those who have under a year of structured strength training.
Semi-Private Training is where a client will be training with a group of up to 5 people. Each client will have their own individualized program during the scheduled group times.
2. One on One or Semi Private Training
Each client will have an individualized monthly program that is modified every 4 weeks to achieve a progression to help guide clients’ towards their goals.
The main focus of each program will be a strength as a foundation and building other attributes upon that foundation.

Training Packages

Evaluations are priced at $100 for 1 hour.
All training packages require an initial evaluation session for a movement assessment, health history, goal setting, and initial intro to the gym.
Membership and package purchase, as well as scheduling, are completed after completing the in person evaluation.

1 Session per week - $450 for 4 weeks
2 Sessions per week - $825 for 4 weeks
3 Sessions per week - $1200 for 4 weeks
All personal training packages require a 2 month contract. Sessions are booked on a weekly basis with the group. 1% fee for checking accounts 3% fee for credit cards.
