What is a training program like at Rise Strength?

  1. Evaluation

Our training programs start with scheduling an evaluation to go over assessments, health history, and other pertinent information.

This helps our trainers understand your needs and help to guide the individualization for your programming at Rise.

2. One on One or Semi Private Training

We offer two types of training:

One-on-one is where you will work with a trainer and yourself with an individualized program. We recommend this for those with under a year of structured strength training.

Semi-private training is training with a group up to 5 people. Each client will have an individualized program during the scheduled group times.

3. Training Format

Each client will have an individualized 4-week program that is modified every 4 weeks to achieve a progression to help guide clients towards their goals.

The main focus of each program will be a strength as a foundation for building other attributes upon that foundation.
